Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To process a return or exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 DAYS of delivery.
  • Returned items must be received in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.
  • To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive the returned order, it will take 3–5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • For returned orders, a ₹100 deduction will apply to cover RTO (Return to Origin) charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before packaging.
  • Once the packaging process has started, our standard refund and replacement policies apply.
  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to stop the package.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC POLICIES

Electronics

  • Returns are not accepted for electronic items.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect unit, we will gladly send a replacement.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof — replacements cannot be processed without it.
  • All electronic products are covered under our Warranty Policy.

Non-Electronics

  • Replacements are provided for defective or wrongly delivered items.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your replacement request.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind or loss of interest are not accepted.
  • If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Please review product details thoroughly before placing your order.

INVALID REASONS

  • “Buyer no longer wants the items” is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.
  • Buyers should confirm their intent to purchase before submitting an order. After submission, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller.

PARTIAL COD

  • A non-refundable processing fee applies to certain COD orders.
  • This fee covers costs associated with orders that may be returned or canceled after processing.
